I want to burg in the weekend, either on the BBQ or in my cast iron pan. Since I have a meat grinder, I would like to buy meat and grind it myself. What kind of beef cut should I get to grind down? If I remember correctly, it shoudl be 80% lean 20& fatty correct? And what about coarsness? Is finer better or worse?
