The threads didn't get the title of Bad Thread. They earned the title of Bad Thread. It's mostly just the sad thread now though. Maybe once the next book gets released it wilbwahahahahahaha!

The bad thread hasn't ever really been that bad, when you compare it to the Original Bad Thread of Old.

Well, if the glasses caused people to stop and introspectively make connections between what they were seeing and other situations in their lives that share similar trends or meanings, then this is art. It doesn't belittle the gallery at all, doesn't mean art enthusiasts are braindead idiots, but rather says that those who are open to deep interpretation of observances can see art in anything. Furthermore, the joke aspect seen in retrospect can also be considered art, as we are giving an interpretive life to the musings of people observing the glasses knowing they are not part of the exhibit. It shows us t- gently caress wait where am i no no this isn't old gbs hang on let me rephrase: *farrttzzzzzzz*

Postmodernist works are a nice way to score hundreds of thousands of dollars from pretentious Nouveau riche. It has absolutely no value otherwise. I just wish I'd managed to get into it when a photograph of a brick on a plate would have scored me millions. WarpedNaba has a new favorite as of 21:10 on May 27, 2016 |

WarpedNaba posted:Postmodernist works are a nice way to score hundreds of thousands of dollars from pretentious Nouveau riche. It has absolutely no value otherwise. I've been saying this for years. It reminds me of a time I went to an art exhibit at the arts district in Los Angeles and I saw a really small wooden house made of tongue depressors with part of it burnt. The thing was a bit larger then a smartphone and someone decided this piece was worth 1,000 dollars. I also should have gotten into that scene. Some museums still display some really terrible pieces of art that people pay top dollar for. (like a white oval room with 8 colored blocks on the walls)
