I'd take it for half that and jam an SBC V8 into it and just start putting in Camry parts as German bits fail.

Price is bogus as hell and the engine is sad but I would drive this car just the way is it, minus the mustang on the rear window and door. https://buffalo.craigslist.org/cto/5597593547.html

Man, I wish we saw pricing like that around here, in the Detroit area that would be the cost for a rusted out mustang shell only. One that can move under its own power would probably go for double that and be rusted to hell and back.

It's Western New York, it probably has more rust than you can see in that photo. I'm only a couple hours south and don't trust local used vehicles half that age without getting under them.

I'm failing to see how that's a bargain or screaming deal on a face lifted 1g CRX Si. It doesn't have 2g headlights, those are completely different. The fender is hosed and good luck finding one that isn't cracked. The paint looks ok but is chipped up on the front. Finding parts for them is a pain in the rear end too. At least the header panel isn't broken and it doesn't have the wacky 80 vacuum line carb my old 84 had.

Not gold, more of a WTF. Nothing reflects better on you as a seller than using pics with the accident victim (and their bike) in the background. http://santabarbara.craigslist.org/pts/5598758433.html

How do you know the bike was a victim? Could have run a red on a protected left, or many other scenarios.

18 owners, although at least 3 of those is the company that owns it now. A "PT investment" in between. For you Americans: 84000 miles $53000 Edit: I love that the tax is only $240 dollars a year for such an engine. MrOnBicycle fucked around with this message at 16:04 on May 26, 2016 |
