No joke though, check out YLLS, it's not just for fat goons, there's a lot of smart people who know their poo poo about how to achieve what you're looking for. The reality of it though is it is really really hard to wind up turning into SHE-HULK by picking up a set of weights unless you're using steroids and eating a billion calories a day. I'll be honest I have no idea how someone can sustain themselves on 1000 calories per day and still have energy to go about a days work or whatever. I probably eat between 1800-2000 calories per day but I'm a guy, if I ate 1000 calories a day, I'd have a hard time getting me out of bed by the end of a week or two.frozenpussy posted:nope my muscles are again broken down in the bedroom. more pictures! right after I was recruited by a wormhole group and joined them in a C3 (or was it a C2) in 2012. They later competed in AT as MOIST. UI included for scale I was on a triple box PVE thing for a while as an independent. EVE kept my ADD satisfied. I've gone through several multibox fleet iterations. Yeah- he was begging recently for money because his ex-wife is villainous-woman-scum whom he owes something to the tune of 60k in back alimony too, because he can't operate a business without the his income being garnished, and instead does 'one or two' projects a week under the table. CCP has some of his art in their office (which ironically is their art, with monochrome backgrounds and pin striping). He also begged his way into a pretty sick computer setup with a triple 4k monitor setup. Sub-1000 calorie diets can work, it depends on your metabolism and diet, and you'll still probably hit a wall at some point. Case in point: me. Mid-Feb I noted my weight had climbed well over my 200-lb 'hey this is too much' so I went back on my 1000-calorie-or-less a day diet. SlimFast breakfast shake with skim milk and a double espresso - 200 cals. Also: multi-vitamin and a vitamin C. Salad, fat-free vinaigrette for lunch with a can of tuna (small) - 200 cals. Afternoon Slim-fast - 200 cals. Dinner - something under 400 cals. Don't eat late. If I worked out that day I could add more calories. At this stage I'm basically upping my workouts (a 25km bike ride yesterday, will be increasing this as my butt hardens up) or 20km distance walks. I agree your metabolism will adjust to your new intake (see: a month hovering at 190 lbs), you have to keep one step ahead of it. But the very-low cal diets *can* work and you *can* preserve muscle if you're smart. At some point you have to switch over and *build* muscle in order to ramp up your basal rate. I'm there now. Over time my remaining gut will fade; I just need to avoid slacking off the exercise.

I went to a really progressive high school for a time back when I went to high school - so think late 80's or 1990 or some poo poo like that. One of my classes was "The Holocaust in Literature" which was an amazing class where I read so many great books and saw The Great Dictator for the first time. Anyway I learned in researching for a presentation for that class that the prisoners at Auschwitz were given something like 150 calories a day. I thought I'd try this to see just how much food it was. Turns out it was just about the same as a bag of chips out of the vending machine. So that's all I ate for a week. When the week was up I had lost something like 15 lbs and my mother's cooking never tasted so good. Please eat more, random euro person on the Internet who I'm apparently not supposed to give a poo poo about. If you continue your current diet it can be classified as nothing other than an eating disorder.

I don't use videoFX or anything, I just have resized windows. I don't broadcast either. Really I could set it up without isboxer, but it helps me optimize my pc's performance and I still have a couple months of subscription left so might as well.
