 that really sucks man.I hope if anything even borderline illegal went down you go to the cops. (IANAL and don't know about law in the states but in Finland taking p much any kind of advantage of an intoxicated person is illegal) |

that's awful, lmbo. please do talk to someone in person or over phone - these things are so complex it's hard to unpack them by yourself, and wherever you are there'll be someone who's willing to listen and help sort things out. it might be hard to ask, but they'll be there if you do. and of course we're all thinking of you, too.

like Glompton posted earlier, RAINN is a great resource for sexual assault victims; I'd also recommend looking through Stanford's sexual assault resources to see if anything there might be useful to you. If your school has any kind of counseling center, it'd be good to see if they offer anything, too. I can't imagine what you must be going through with all of this, but I'm sending my love and support your way, man. hope you get through this alright

If it helps at all, I offer my help. I used to work with RAINN and was a sexual assault advocate in college. I'm also a lawyer who works with criminal cases to help survivors. Its part of a life's calling for me. Things are probably different in other countries but I can research what might be the most helpful. Know first that this wasn't your fault. Also know that you are allowed to react to this any way you want. Going to the authorities is but one decision you can make. I hope you are safe and feel safe, if not, perhaps going somewhere where you will is a good idea.
