Unsweetened iced tea is my favorite thing in the world, but after a couple kidney stones I came to find out that it can cause them. I will keep drinking it regardless and just take the stone every couple years.

I especially like a chilled chai when it's really hot. I'm currently drinking a cassis flavoured first flush white tea that tastes really soft and relaxing (it's expensive, but I finally got my ECTS credits today and summer holiday is officially underway, so I'm celebrating) |

to be fair, full-corn rye has a ton of iron in it |

fun fact: rye dough is sticky. when bakers make rye breads they like to either make sourdough (if you're fancy) or throw in some apple cider vinegar (if you're cheap). the acidity makes the pentosans in rye easier to handle! |

I should get a sourdough starter from my mom ahain so I could make some jälkiuunileipä. It's so drat good fresh off the oven, with a nice tough skin and dough that melts in your mouth. And it's super easy to make and because of the longer oven time, your home smells awesome for the whole night. Rollofthedice posted:yeah, it's digestible. dark rye flour has more iron than light rye. about 10% per fourth cup. Yep, my sister stopped taking iron supplements and added lentils and more rye to her died instead. Also, any yobbers coming to Helsinki hit me up, I'll show you my favorite spots and feed you delicious home made bread. shinmai fucked around with this message at 21:07 on May 30, 2016 |
