god eater 1 had a good dub from what little i played there's a weird scientist guy and he's voiced by jade from tales of the abyss it's a good thing too cause i don't think the english versions have the option for japanese voice acting

I prefer subs because I want what I experience to be as close to the original product as possible, and dubs are one step further removed.

Also iirc the final boss is completely different between the N64 and PSX. It's kind of an odd duck where levels are truncated and combined in the PSX version to make the game smaller, but it isn't as simple as "remove levels x, y, and z" also it has a dub, if you want subs, play the other versions.

PS2 had added some things for the DC ver but the DC ver runs a lot better. Julias posted:It's a good game! I'm a few hours in and it seems ok.
