I do broomstick exercises in my office (I lock the door) and sometimes I lift a weight at home but that's it. It's a miracle I'm mobile.

I started lifting weights about half a year ago and I love it. Sometimes it's hard to get motivated but the feeling I get from lifting heavy objects competently and with increasing aptitude is incomparable. |
