I feel like I need a third game. Y became my wealth for stat boosting items and other rarities as I have something like 10 million pokedollars and omega ruby became my breeding game as I have the really helpful island in the post game. I've been raising and training Pokemon but it gets monotonous without fighting trainers and gym leaders and going through facing the same rematches in Oras trainer tracker or y's battle chateau is equally the same. I know there's the blissey way but I do like raising them from level 1. Only problem is that the Canadian dollar is basically dead and I can't justify spending 70 on the new game or 50 on X/y. I have white 2....but one way transfer only. It wouldn't be a problem if I had a reliable method of basically spending all my money in Y on nuggets and transferring that over to ruby but that's basically a one at a time scenario through trading with myself ._. Sure do wish pokebank was as good as professor oak's lab in Pokemon stadium

If you have the patience for it I would suggest bringing some kind of either ground or fighting hidden power on to the Mega Pidgeot. That way you'll have something against Heatran or Tyranitar respectively. Though it is worth noting that your Gyarados should be able to handle them okay. Be very careful about using Hyper Beam in the competitive scene. At best case you trade Pokemon unless it's their last one, worst case they get to start setting up for free and it costs you the match. Lastly change keratosis item to either a lum Berry, a sash, or a life orb. It's a sweeper you should treat it like one. EDIT: Also do what Ruggington suggested and put Roost on the Pidgeot. Once you wrap your head around how it works it's not too bad, but it's still annoying, especially when the alternate world levels have bullshit missions like "Beat this puzzle in less than a minute without using any Pokemon."
