Borg/ Ferengi fan service was the worst on Enterprise. But the original Xindi sucked too. I remember reading an interview saying that if the producers had to do it all over again they'd hire a new set of writers instead of importing them from Voyager.

I actually didn't mind the Xindi arc, just because it felt so different than anything Trek had done. Also, I watched it all over the course of a week instead of the course of a season, so maybe that made it more tolerable. I did hate Archer from the beginning, though.
