Why are both merc drivers not very good on learning their own cars? Nico with it post it notes, ham with his disinterest in caring about race prep... Ages ago brake problems. It just blows my mind on such a technical car (which is why it's the best car ATM), the drivers are so useless at that kind of stuff.
