Hurricanes, interceptors, tanked entosis Nereus???? And something called oppression fleet, but we do not have such things in highsec so I cannot tell you about them.

Fake edit: every fleet in highsec is an oppression fleet, so make sure you can fly catalysts, thrashers, Talos And t2 hounds and purifiers.

Expecting anyone to cover the war is basically loving dumb.

Say what you will about Matterall, but he's basically on point with regard to what the experience of this war has been compared to what was expected. And whether or not GSF leadership set the bar for how wars happen now, it was inevitable. When sov changes hands so rapidly, and goes back and forth like it does now, there's practically no incentive to commit hundreds of billions or trillions in assets to defending a position you can't really entrench and which is virtually never unassailable. Oh well.

Has anyone tried venison? I grilled some venison patties and holy moly the deliciousness. Probably not the best for my arteries given how much fat was weeping out, but the meat is amazingly tangy and chewy.

EVE chat: I'm training my main into a Deimos as corp doctrine; since the [SRAN] cruiser doctrine will be used for hunting miner bumpers, we need a tanky but versatile ship that can be adapted for multiple roles but doesn't require the insane amounts of skill, preparation and isk that T3Cs demand. Plus HACs work well in groups and there will likely be a bunch of us on patrol in CODE-infested systems like Uedama in the near future.

Just because you guys decided not to have big meatgrinder-y fleet fights doesn't mean that's going to be the way it's done by everyone. The Russians and TRI mk. XXCVII are having huge scraps with caps committed semi-regularly.

Darkness might go out with a whimper, but I'm curious to see how TEST handles Goons in the North. EVE, possibly with it's very own Battle of the Bastards.

Like, I want to hear from one of you fucks exactly 1) why cfc commiting caps into a meatgrinder would be a good idea and 2) what you think the outcome would be. I get that you wanted to be fed a shitload of super kills, I would to. What I don't get is why you seem so convinced that cfc feeding you kills would have been in the cfcs best interests.

I'm not talking about what the CFC should have done, I'm talking about my interest in seeing how the current residents of the North are going to hold their space.

I find it highly unlikely that they're going to retreat to lowsec or come up with stupid buzzwords for the sov system and instead actively fight to defend their space since they're not sitting on 5 loving regions spread amongst a smattering of alliances.
