I feel like we quadruple hosed Scotland 1) persuaded them to stay in a referendum with a historically high turnout 2) vote brexit despite a remain Scottish vote (and a bad turnout which was their own drat fault) 3) disintegrate the EU in a chain reaction of EU referendums around the continent 4) westminster waits until EU shits itself completely before giving in to Scottish referendum demands. Scotland votes to stay again cos there's barely an EU left to join. we live happily ever after
