Good to see that the FA is still utterly incompetent.

I bet the English answer will be to pick even younger players with more potential to develop into a winning team in international matches (as half won't get games for their clubs)..

You can chose which one is which

Southgate is loving awful. No.
Pardew is pretty awful. No.
Neville has a tiny bit of experience where he failed hard. No.
Rodgers only just signed for Celtic and is arguably bad. No.
Howe is good with a lot of potential. The England job would put an end to that. Possibly. But he'd be an idiot to take it.
Wenger? Lol never going to happen.

Just give it to Allardyce. England need to embrace their shitness.

Could say a lot of things about England today including the absolute hilarity that was Harry Kane, coincidentally the second worst player on the team

But my mind is focused on Wayne Rooney in what may have been the worst performace I've seen from a professional footballer. I guess David Luiz against Germany was worse. I'm not sure Rooney actually connected with a single pass all game. At one point in the second half he gave the ball away either by standing around staring at the air and being tackled, or by hitting it out for a goal-kick, five times in 7 minutes.

I didn't even think he was doing bad in the groups. I wouldn't say good, since England as a whole didn't impress there, but certainly fine. Going from that to this game is pretty shocking.
