I figured pretty much everything else out, but this last bit is completely incomprehensible to me. I think that The game thing is just to help you work out the ordering. "The sensor" is in the nucleus itself, click just below the thing that displays the code number.

I have no idea why I'm so stumped in the healing room. I found all the keys in the harpsichord, filled the glass and pitcher with water, did the bud puzzle, stabbed the poster, and noted some weird stuff but I have no idea what to actually do next.

Most perplexing thing in the game so far (serious spoilers and speculation based on them ahead) (D team, post manufacturing room): Sigma comes to the conclusion that this timeline is the one that lines up with the future he remembers. He loses his eye and arms, radical-6 escapes, and Diana gives the speech on the recording from VLR. It all seems to line up... Except Akane and Junpei are dead. In VLR they are both very much alive. So how can this be reconciled? It would be easy to simply assume Sigma is wrong, but how could you explain him making that mistake? He knows they're alive in his timeline. There's no way he could get confused about that. So assuming he's right, what does this mean? I can think of two possibilities - one, they're not really dead and Sigma knows it somehow. But my theory is related to something that's been bothering me for a while now. Why are Akane and Junpei even here? They never mentioned it in VLR. In fact, it is a plot point in both these games that no one knew what happened here. It's why Phi and Sigma were so unprepared. And yet if we take this game at face value, Akane should know everything. She should have been able to prepare Sigma for what would happen at any time during their 45 years knowing each other. So really this ending serves to cement my doubts - the Akane and Junpei in this game are some kind of impostors and Sigma is aware of this. I'm not sure it all fits and I could be totally wrong. But something WEIRD is up with this ending. Not to mention the fact that despite it being a proper ending, the flowchart continues on in another fragment I can't yet access...
