I had no idea. I love Cary Grant - Bringing up Baby is probably my favorite movie of all time, I'm a huge homo, and I had no idea.

Mr Blackwell, the notorious fashion critic, lived with Cary and Randolph for several months. In his memoir he said that he considered them, “deeply, madly in love, their devotion complete…Behind closed doors they were warm, kind, loving and caring, and unembarrassed about showing it.”

This is the epitome of baaaaad comic strip writing. As far as I can tell, 'two years ago' a guy who looks a lot like Mark Trail gets bit by a red ant on a tropical island, cut to today and Mark Trail died on the way to his home planet finishes the most annoying storyline in history with a throwaway line.

Unfortunately, yes, it is the 'real' strip. This is even worse than those old Fox/Sekowsky Justice League arcs where the villains do stupid poo poo like "I rigged the trap to trap everyone outside the trap in case they sprung the trap" poo poo.

When they passed out body parts in the comics today, I got Cathy's nose and Dick Tracy's private parts.
I can't really summon too much hate for Tinkersons. It's just one of dozens of the same bland, zero-effort, family slice-of-life strips that infest comics sections today, like Stone Soup or Grand Avenue.

Not to say that it's good, it's just not outwardly cancerous like Intelligent Life or Piranah Club. It's like the comics equivalent of a skin tag. It's the concept of "apathy" manifested into comic form.
