It's significantly improved if you make sure to talk to every npc you can after doing major quests. It makes a huge difference since so much of the worldbuilding is from their dialogue. Thanks for the tip. To be honest, the game is probably gonna destroy me, because I have never played a mainline SMT, though I know about the importance of stat boosting and general mechanics.

i guess i'll get started on x3 tonight every time i hit the last boss of an x game i get super frustrated and want to stop playing, and then after a couple dozen tries i beat it and want to play the next one!!!

I got through episode 4 of Love Live and I'm still not sure if I like it. 4 had some strong points, at the same time I don't care for Honoka, and I feel like she is going to be a constant throughout. I do like Maki, nervous girl, and the one with short hair though. Maybe I'll give it another episode or two.
