Absolutely, and when you flip the age/experience gaps between Okada and Tana with Sato and Shirai in their respective roles, it becomes even more apparent - similar color schemes, similar in-ring and promo attitudes, lots of little incidental aspects too.

Another thing I love though, is the behavioral timing and body language, especially in the first 10 minutes and how they both go on face and heel stretches at different times in the match, and they're so good at giving just enough without indulging, so that the crowd will want to still cheer for them both.

Loving this match more and more every time I watch it.

Mil vs Cuerno death match, Ultima Lucha Dos part 2

Could have used some blood to put it over the top but still, this kind of brawl with a smaller opponent is what Mil excels at and he delivered the gently caress out of it again. Cuerno was game too. Great work all around.

It was building really well and they had a great submission sequence going that got wrecked by a badly executed ref-bump, and it took them awhile (for me) to recover the flow of the match. Final stretch was really good though, a hell of a match for both guys.

These too. Maluta might be the most watchable Anoa'i family member in a WWE ring in 2016.
