for the past three years that i have lurked here on these forums without an account i have told myself that i would not use an anime icon here. i (technically) refrain from using an anime icon and i still get labeled an anime icon user. is nothing safe? i had to reverse image search this because i didn't recognize the ribbon at first and i'm not sure what i expected

Abit less animation. I could also make the dog smaller in order to keep the entire animation, but I feel it would probably make it seem abit small.. up to you!
