Supposedly he has super secret access to the game as well, along with a few others.

But yes. Akuma. Quite a few have placed him in a tier of his own above the rest of the cast. The DP alone is changing how you have to approach the character. Though with that said, Poongko had to put in a lot of work regardless and I wasn't seeing Akuma all over the place on the stream like I thought we would.
