I edited this map to give Clinton Florida and Pennsylvania. Trump ended up with 69 electoral votes which to be honest would make this election a success in his eyes.

If Trump is serious about winning this election he should just throw everything on PA/FL/OH and try to keep the national polling numbers as tight as possible, hoping for a fluctuation or anomaly that swings PA a shade redder than usual. Manafort & Co. have to know this, even if Trump legitimately thinks he can take NY.
