I'm a few days late on the DBZ: Legend of the Super Saiyan talk but my advice to anyone interested in playing is to get well acquainted with the turbo button on your SNES emulator. Even without doing some of the very easy tricks to gain fast levels, the encounter rate is horrible and the battle animations take forever. I still have the horrible map music and battle music stuck in my head and I haven't played the game in at least 10 years. I can't in good conscience recommend it, if you're hungry for a DBZ jrpg I'd recommend tracking down the pokemon hack instead. It's a good game for the amount of flexibility you have with approaching the story. What if the Z-fighters were competent and able to prevent most of their deaths against Vegeta? The survivors would probably have gone to Namek with Gohan and Krillin. So if you keep your guys alive against Nappa and Vegeta you get to take them to Namek (which makes the game considerably easier). It's a bad game for virtually everything else though.

Yes! I played through Team Training and liked it a lot, the conversion is very convincing and it definitely kept the Pokemon itch of always finding out which fighter you could catch next. It's fun putting together themed teams.

Out of Curiosity would Vegeta turning into a Super Saiyan even made a difference against Freeza during Namek. Its a x50 multiplier, was Vegeta even strong enough for that to make a difference.

Vegeta probably would have won as a Super Saiyan too because Goku doesn't struggle that much even with 100% Freeza and drags it out for Gohan's sake. The anime, with how much it drags out everything, makes the fight between Goku and Freeza more competitive because they needed to.

In my fanfiction Frieza comes back to life but he's like 5000 times as powerful and so strong he can beat up everyone even Goku and Gohan but Vegeta discovers a new Super Saiyan level called Super Saiyan God which turns his hair blue and he beats up Frieza but then Goku steals the kill because Goku is a killstealing jerk and makes up some bullshit story about time travel to justify it. Vegeta 4 lyfe

You know everyone mentions the player character in Xenoverse as a fanfiction guy, and that's certainly true, but look at Towa, too. The beautiful sister of a canon character who shows up with her own personal unstoppable bioandroid, immediately outsmarts everyone and throws everything into chaos.

You are a match for him regardless of the time period. The scale they created becomes less accurate the higher it goes because they simply had no samples of high power levels when they made it. Freeza and family probably wouldn't even let them scan their true form for data. So you have power levels that scale exponentially, while the actual fighter's strength/ki level does not. i. e. a fight between someone with a PL of 50 and someone with 100 is completely one sided, and virtually impossible to win for the 50. This is why you should measure everything in Raditz. 1 Raditz = Raditz. Sayian Saga Vegeta = 15 Raditz. It's very simple, to the point, and has nice, small numbers.
