even though you just see the tiger grab the woman and immediately drag her out of frame) and you can see a jeep full of park rangers dash across the road towards the tiger attack pretty much immediately. I'm guessing they saw the woman get out of her car and knew what was gonna happen, that had to be a lovely day at work.

Well I mean first of all it has no braking mechanism or horn (I'm surprised he didn't deck anybody at that pedestrian crossing), and I'd also reckon it's loud enough to not really hear any, say, trains coming up behind you. ...it is cool, though.

The oxygen/acetylene mixture isn’t quite right and the flame is traveling up the tube. At 4 minutes, he gets it too close to the workpiece and the back pressure causes a flashback. Then he cleans the tip to remove possible restrictions that would upset the mixture.
