CMLL's Triton announced for Field of Honor. He's got big muscles and can do extremely graceful feats of agility. Really excited to see more of CMLL's directionless but talented midcard work America more in the future.

If the people in question love NJPW and PWG then ROH should be totally up their alley because they have considerable crossover with both, especially for Final Battle which is one of their biggest shows of the year so they'll likely fly in at least a few NJPW guys. Presumably the show is earlier in December than usual to create more space between it and Wrestle Kingdom so the NJPW talent can work both shows.

Just watched the Lethal/O'Reilly match on ROH TV. It amazes me how they can tell such a compelling story with such an amazing match, and WWE puts on such constant poo poo shows. And Keith Lee is going to be a star.

I'm in favor of seeing both Nakamura, an NXT title change, and Dragon Lee getting thrown off a balcony by Kamaitachi in the same building in the same year Oh and throw in Kyle beating Cole for the ROH title too that'd be sweet

Cedric was always allowed to have great matches. They just didn't do anything with them. That's bad in its own right but anyone who watched ROH and didn't realize Cedric was awesome before this week is weird

He was always in a position where it felt like he was going to get into that feud that really cemented him with a classic match and it never happened. He had a match that was a bit below that level with Roddy but the stip probably kept it from hitting the next level. He had some really good tags, but I dunno, it felt like he'd get momentum and then they'd decide to go with someone else. Then there's Ciampa who ROH decided to push before he was really ready as they saw something in him, he didn't get over, got injured as he was getting great and over, came back and they saw him as a guy who wasn't going to get over on top. (Or they knew wouldn't sign long term and didn't want to put him on top.)

i kinda miss the old days of pre-tv roh when they ran maybe 2-5 events per month but 3 of them would feel like actual PPVs. something about that format made for more intriguing storylines than the current state of it

like, roh still has really good in ring product, and the storylines aren't BAD, but there just doesn't seem to be anything there to make me turn on my tv on saturdays. it just doesn't feel special.
