Also, get a loving refund. They've got nothing. At all. They brought over twitch shills to stream the same poo poo they've been streaming but in a six figure, badly designed, waste of convention space. 2.4 took them over 3 months and it's big add was introducing space pants. 2.5 has been in development for over 2 months and the biggest thing it will introduce is a new place to buy space pants if they can ever get the show stopping bugs fixed. So they might have it by Citizen Con. There is no secret dev build, no progress they're waiting to spring on backers, nothing. If they had a build that was not poo poo or any new tech that worked outside of modules that will never properly integrate with the PU then this would have been the time to show it.

Reckoning, which shipped and was pretty good as you say, was a game that Big Huge was developing when they were purchased and had the amalur license slapped on.
