I only listen to one other podcast, Bodega Boys. It's basically Black Twitter: The Podcast. It's Desus Nce and The Kid Mero from Twitter, I like it a lot. It's only about stuff happening in pop culture though, I don't pay attention to that stuff too much but their takes are hilarious. Just start with the latest episode if you check it out

If it has done one thing for me, it has put contemporary politics/zeitgeist in perspective. It's also really really funny. Start with 'The Rube'. Last Podcast on the Left is amazing if you like learning about serial killers and mysteries. The guys do a poo poo ton of research before each topic. Are You Scared of these Stories is the most amazing podcast you have never heard of. 3 guys telling "scary" stories. They aren't scary at all, just funny as hell. They only have 8 episodes right now and they are all great, but I recommend starting with the uncle Dutch episode if you want to get a feel for it. The production values are excellent.

I really like Cashing In with TJ Miller. I'm a big fan of TJ Miller and Cash Levy is pretty funny, too. They don't record very often anymore because TJ's career has been taking off in a huge way lately but it's definitely a good one that's made me laugh hysterically many times. Honorable Mention: The episode of Nerdist with Billy West and John DiMaggio as guests doing their voices from throughout their careers. Billy doing Marge Schott from the Stern Show is great. Way back on July 2, 2012. Also, 521 is up, y'alllll

I only listen to podcast that have super rad intros with old timey radio music and then the signal gets all static filled and it's like the podcast is hacking into the system and then there's clips from old movies...and then some sick music blasting through. Also the hosts need to call me an rear end in a top hat.

The first 100 or so episodes are Comedy Bang Bang / Comedy Death Ray are really good. New ones are still good but not as good. My Brother, My Brother, and Me is solid, and like UYD it features an advice column and the hosts reading strange things off the internet. Norm MacDonald has a postcast/video cast that is extremely funny but there's only like 20 episodes. I like 'Get up on This'. It does a good job of informing while also being amusing. There's the added bonus of the host's being long time friends with Jonathan and Seth so you'll get a UYD shout out every once in a while. Matt Robinson was the one that filmed the episodes in the early 100's and i'm guessing that his relationship with Ricky Gervais got them the phone call and probably a pitch to HBO. Amir Yagmai, Jonathon's partner for 'Jogger', was a guest recently and they've mentioned wanting to get Jonathan on.
