Same way they use shoulder charge and skating and twilight garrison effectively, some people are really good at picking angles and staying mobile to make it hard to sustain fire on them. That allows them to close to shotgun range.. juggernaut gives the ability to take a little bit extra damage on the way in.

Yeah I get that I just can fire a shotgun out of a skate to save my life. I guess I'm just so used to shoulder tackle and shotguns I aim for the extra range. Just flying around and then trying to blast someone with a shotty is proving more difficult than I predicted.

You don't see people trying it to often in scrub tier SBMM. But once I'm in a game with the goon sweaty squad it's all over the place and it's infuriating. Does illustrate there's a minimum level of skill necessary to pull it off though. Scrubs got no hope, high elo players dominate games with it. There's not much of a middle ground.

SBMM is really the issue. You can't balance a game around what the top players use. Its the reason why we see the same guns and same cheap as gently caress tactics.
