It then ended in spectacular fashion with B saying I was a joke, couldn't believe she fell for someone like me blah blah blah. I simply replied "If thats the way you feel then there isn't much I can do"
The White Knight and Work

B became very angry and started not showing up to work and cancelling her days she was in on the same day as me. She was going to management and saying things to try and get me fired. I thought thats comical but ultimately showed no emotion and continued to work.
Then came the call into the office.

The manager sat me down and asked " What have you done?" In my head I am thinking ME?, WTF have I done, this bitch is cancelling shifts and trying to get me fired, try speaking to her you prick

But.. I held emotion and said "nothing, I am unaware why she is acting like this and I think you should go speak to her to find out because simply, its quite immature".

The following week I am called into the office again. The manager says " We are going to have to let you go, we are over budget and need to make cuts, thank you for your time"

I was the only one to be made redundant and I the next day Im looking for a job and they advertising for my position on every job site.

We live in a pro feminist society and in the face of the business, the company I worked for could not have an employee refusing to work. So with the manager being a white knight pussy who is known for hating confrontation sided with the female who "had been treated badly, abused, manipulated and too emotionally scared to work in the same building.

Truth is AWALT, they will turn on you with the click of their fingers and you have to be prepared for the consequences. Getting into an LTR is like loading a gun and handing it over with the trust they wont pull the trigger.

Just reading the comments, the need to add more info is apparent.

I was one of the most experienced employee's and even in line for a promotion, so the quality of my work is out of the question.
I cant sue the company as they will always have an excuse such as "we couldn't afford the wages at the time, now we can". Its very suspicious that I have never had an issue at my work, as soon as i break up with a fellow employee and she wont come into work and I get let go. I have since re applied for my job a few months down the line but been unsuccessful.

I am by no means anywhere near alpha, if anything i'm still more beta. But i left my personal life out of work. The issue of her cancelling coming to work, is not my problem to deal with and I was not prepared to discuss something with the manager that does not concern me.... if thats beta then so be it.

We got into small arguments with other RPers on various threads when it came to evaluating SMV, mostly because I took in consideration additional factors such as cultural background, manners and having some tenure. They were basically so focused on physical appearance that they forgot how it's ONE factor among others in some other places of the world. And I'm not talking about the depth of Africa or Asia, but of Europe.

To give you an example, let's take a look at this video of Tai Lopez's mansion.

Dude is alpha as gently caress. And for most Americans on here, I guess they would say these chicks are 8-10. Yet according to European standards, they're barely a 6, if not less.

Why?
they behave like trash (in Europe, you don't behave like that unless you come from poor suburbs)
they have an enormous amount of make-up (in Europe, having no skills in how to apply make-up also shows you come from a poor background)
most likely have zero knowledge/culture (in Europe, you can easily attend a good university and pay $200 fees a year).

The conclusion is that you should not center your self-improvements around chicks, mostly because it will give you a false sense of scale. Try to be as objective as possible (I know it's not easy) when you want to improve yourself.

In order for those men including some of those in wealth to attain a mate they must actually compete in the sexual market place. No longer will men be able to ask for a government hand out on women but in actually compete, in actuality they must develop a sexual intelligence and they must seek out information like TRP, like MGTOW, like MRA to do so. What happens to those men we can simplify to as the anger phase, and the influx of beta philosophy which keeps slamming the edges of the red pill philosophies given beta minded men still compose the supra majority of our societies.
(b) Mentioned before the new sexual market is exclusionary of men who do not compete, who do not develop a sexual intelligence. For what ever reason these men do not want to invest in such a thing to attain women and a result is their disbarment from the market, which is better for them. Men who enter into relationships with no concept of women are often if not emotionally and physically abused. Their lives are become the embodiment of bondage to a woman and to a system which gives them no quarter. No quarter as in the divorce rape laws, no quarter in terms of support for abuse and no quarter for restructuring their lives. Outside of the red pill there are little to no frameworks for men to turn to, just those in the internet ether. Which brings another point where those non-participatory men are in turn creating a new social order outside the old, which is the embodiment of the Manosphere as a whole. A train of male thought outside the PC thought policing system of the mainstream order(Gynocentrism). Its in these male spaces we're able to easily craft social theory and create frameworks away from the poo poo hole of Gynocentric society. Where we're abled to openly communicate the deficiencies of the system and where we're abled to strategize on a micro individual level against such extremely low value systems. In terms of the social macro we're reliant more so then anything on things such as Globalist campaigns to level the playing field against women with one of the best systems of male value ever, Feminism. Few would think the propagandized boggy man has aided men but this system is that which is slowly ripping out the claws of Gynocentric systems the world over, barring the sexually retarded from being harvested and enabling the system of sexual competition. There's a lot more to this system then meets the eye, something which requires another post in its entirety.
(c) Future outcomes are somewhat clear, egalitarianism for men. New systems on the horizon promise to destroy systemic imbalances of finance and power channeled around women however that will take considerable time. Its men who enforce the old, current and the future order but it'll be the Trojan horse of woman which will be leveraged against their sexual weakness to bring about new systemic changes. Exampled is one Globalist, Trudeau of Canada who at the World Economic Forum called poverty sexist. While the propaganda seems female centric in reality its true, men do not receive an equal distribution of money funneled into the system where women receive the supra majority despite contributing the least to the social order. New systems such as BI(Basic Income) seem poised to destroy the old system of welfare, possibly as I would hope to limit the means of creation of that wicked degeneration known as the single mother. There are also other things occurring in the back ground which given time may come to fruition, such as the fall of American Imperialism and the restoration of trade imbalances which have long been haunting the American lower to middle classes for the past two decades, along with other tyrannical systems of corruption its establishment have been imposing, systems blowing up in their faces with the rapid rise of nationalist movements.
