Any amendments out of it would still need the ratification steps, and would probably all die, but it's possible you could come out of the convention with forty proposed amendments about literally anything. e2: Amendments such as (pulled from comments on such topics) -Ending birthright citizenship. (so long, anchor babies!) -Repealing the 16th amendment (so long, income tax!) -Repealing the 17th amendment (now with TWO gerrymandered legislative bodies of congress instead of one!)
