the tocino one had really weird cooking instructions, like cover it in water in the pan then boil the water off until it's reduced to a syrup, reserve the syrup, pan fry the spam, then pour reserved sauce over the spam. i didn't do any of that poo poo, i just lightly pan fried it like usual.

that's how you're supposed to do it. get some browning going on, some crisp. i chop it up and cook it with garlic and throw in some green onions and broccoli at the end. eat it all up over rice with a few dashes of soy sauce or (preferably) Maggi seasoning sauce.
