To be fair people sometimes are attacked seemingly for no reason, often because they've been mistaken for a rival gang member or something. I know somone who was shot and killed on a street corner at night by some guys who pulled up in a car, because of that.

Serious blue balls not seeing how it turned out though. The thing is, she's probably closer to "sane" than a lot of people out there who are otherwise harmless. She was picking up on all the things he tried to say and incorporating them into her "arguments" later, like when she told him first that he hadn't followed her simple instructions to take the bags; he protested that he was only contracted to take four bags, and after a few tangents she came back around to tell him that he should have taken the fifth and charged for one extra. Backtracking, carefully framed as "Just common sense" The thing that hits me about it isn't that she comes off as "crazy" to me, but rather that she is such a vindictive and petty person that it's the highlight of her month to be able to stick it to a garbage man and make him lose his wonderful cushy job. The chicken impression, she thinks he's terrified that she's got him dead to rights.

To the person suggesting that this might be an attempt at a viral video, I'm glad to hear that you don't think that people can get angry enough to do poo poo like this. There's a certain kind of person that, when they get angry, will do and say the most bizarre poo poo. It's funny if you're a bystander, but if it's directed at you, it can be really unnerving and scary, because you're literally watching someone slowly lose contact with reality and you just don't know what they're going to do. If that video had ended with her grabbing a tire iron and smashing up the truck or attempting to go after the driver, I would not have been surprised in the least. To illustrate, I'll share my story of funny (in hindsight anyways) story of someone getting apocalyptically angry. In another life, I worked at an electronics retailer where I witnessed a guy descend into that kind of incoherent rage, just because my boss wouldn't give him a brand new cell phone to use while his was being shipped back from repair. It would be arriving in 2-3 days, and this was long enough ago that once something shipped out, it wasn't possible to upgrade the shipping to get it back faster. So, he wanted us to open up a new phone, activate it on his account, and give it to him to use until his came back in. Oh, and the repair on the phone was because the guy broke it, not because of a defect. In his mind, I'm sure what he was asking was reasonable, but when my boss said he couldn't just give him a phone, he kept repeating the same demand, then yelling the same demand, then yelling insults (cocksucker was his favorite), then inviting my boss to suck his cock, then demanding my boss suck his cock, then yelling incoherently, before finally grabbing some signage sitting nearby, winging it at my boss, and storming out yelling at the top of his lungs. While all this was happening, I was standing next to my boss, facing the guy, hoping that my presence would help dissuade the guy from taking a swing, and the most disturbing part of the whole thing was the silver dollar-sized scar on the guy's forehead and the accompanying crater in his skull. He'd clearly gotten hit hard enough at some point in the past that his forehead had a permanent divot in it, and now he's gone from ordinary annoyed customer to psychotically angry over the course of a few short minutes. But the craziest part happened a day later, when he came back into the store with his mother, as if nothing had happened the day before. Fortunately, he left of his own accord before my manager or my brain could process that he was back, after which my manager explained to his mother what had happened and that he was banned from the store. Over the course of the conversation, her face went from "oh God, what's he done now?" to "oh God, not again." After everything calmed down, my boss and I could laugh about it, mostly over his repeated use of "cocksucker" as an insult, combined with the repeated suggestions to fellate him, which occasionally included some rather funny gesticulating towards his crotch. I think most people who work a job that brings them into routine contact with the public, and who can do things that make said public angry, have a story or two about people getting that angry.
