I could see her in some kind of turbo-Tezz deck in vintage if her + did anything. Her ult gets Blightsteel, Vault, Key or 2 of the above and Defense Grid or something. She really needed to hit creatures to see vintage play though. She does seem like she'd be good in UR burn if that's still a deck post-rotation.

The +1 is really bad, but the -2 is incredible. Turn two Thermo-Alchemist, turn three Saheeli +1, -2 on Alchemist and go off? That's the worst + ability on a three mana planeswalker though.
