that is a bizarre idea, but it's kind of cute and doesn't rely on any unknown technology or promise anything impossible. i kinda like it. my hands are very fidgety but i wear a ring and play with that.

Normally I'd try and make a sarcastic pitch about the kickstarter, but this one is uniquely bad. On the plus side it's to build a network of support and a community and the funds here will go to pay for a convention. On the downside if you want to fund the spacecraft (and by spacecraft, they mean training a few elite STEM candidates) it's a $500,000 flexible goal on indiegogo
