Sting might never have been a huge draw until he was the hero against the NWO but in that brief period Goldberg and Sting were the two most popular wrestlers in the world in wrestling's biggest boom period. Don't know why Meltzer would argue against Sting when there's so many less significant people in the HoF

Goldberg was the biggest ticket seller.
