Is there any word on whether the stuff like contests/secret bases/dexnav from ORAS are going to be in SuMo? I picked up X the other day and it just seems really feature-sparse by comparion, but I don't know how much of that was stuff from the original they were obligated to include rather than things they actually thought were cool and might keep going forward.

The remakes or second versions get all sorts of features added but most of it doesn't make it back to the next mainline game. HeartGold/SoulSilver and Black/White 2 massively improved on the previous games but none of it came back. ORAS didn't even bring back the phone to rematch gym leaders. I haven't seen anything about contests or bases but the Sinnoh remakes will more than likely have them.
