I could deal without the numpad, it's only mildly annoying not to have one. But the apple wireless keyboards really are lovely and constantly lose connection and have lag when you type etc. so letters get missed out. I don't get it because I have like three wireless keyboards at home (not apple) and they all work fine. But this is the second job I've had where they gave me one of those poo poo things and the second time it was unusable garbage. Maybe I should just be brave and use terrible keyboards idk.

Someone at work actually devoted a half hour or so of his time to trying to convince me the Apple keyboard layout was noticeably superior to the PC/Linux one also since we're talking about numpads another guy at work literally got a USB wireless numpad so he could have a numpad and still use his Apple keyboard

I'm considering going back to a wired mouse because every few weeks it seems like my Bluetooth mouse decides to like half work Half of the time the inputs and movements register and half of the time they don't and I can't figure out what's causing it then it mysteriously just goes away

I like wireless mice because you have to move the thing around a lot by definition and the cord gets in the way sometimes, but there's not really much point to a wireless keyboard I have a Das Keyboard at home because someone gave it to me as a wedding present (my wife was not pleased because it was her stepbrother giving "us" a gift that was actually just for me lol) and it's pretty drat nice

I have a wireless keyboard for typing things on the PS4 that also has a trackpad on it so you can have a (bad) mouse. Convenient for a few things, definitely better than using a controller to type messages. I have one for my PC too. It doesn't offer any benefit but it's good quality and the batteries have lasted four years at this point so it's not like it's costing me any extra money over a regular keyboard. Also all my headphones are bluetooth at this point so idgaf about the Apple headphone jack but I'm not going to buy an iphone anyway because lol if you buy iphones

I have the cord of my mouse suspended by a loop under my desk so I can move it through it's entire range without resistance from the cord. I gave up on wireless mice.
