I figured out what the issue was - if you have "reduce motion" turned on, it turns off bubble effects and full screen effects. Which sucks, because i hate the ios animations, but I want to use the cool new bubble effects and full screen effects. I guess either they'll change it in an update, or i'll use these new effects for a couple days, get sick of them, and then turn "reduce motion" back on.

Anyone experiencing high sensitivity with third party keyboards? Seems like it's TOO response now with the Google keyboard. I keep getting mistyped words. Perhaps I just need to slow down now that the UI sped up. On that last note, did Apple finally throttle back the speed governor? I recall in the IOS5-6 days there was a jailbreak tweak to change the artificial lag that the OS put on so that all of the devices went the same speed.

My iphones problems get even weirder; so sound refuses to play out of the speaker, and if it does it's distorted for a few and cuts out and bluetooth audio plays but cuts out after about 5 seconds, but if I make a phone call or receive one the audio works fine.  Frustrating.

Under language and region there's a new column "preferred language order". At least I think it's new. There I added German below English. Works like a charm. Hope this helps any of you bilinguals out there.

I kind of figured out my issue....it was Facebook Messenger. I deleted it and now I have sound again. I have no idea what was going on to cause that. I will probably send it in to be repaired again, but that was a weird bug. e; ANNNDD I lost it again the second it went to sleep.

About the OTA updates: I do incremental updates OTA, but if it's a major new version I connect to the Mac and update from there. Here I go! WITNESS ME!

Ok I am going to keep this short and sweet: 1. There are problems with downloading the update non-OTA, I got to about 1 gig and Apple told me the connection shitted out 2. iCloud music library is weird and broke on new iTunes

Updated on a 64gig 6S+. Worked flawlessly. Love the new messaging, and Bedtime is a great feature. Everything feels very snappy.

Anyone having an issue with the long press to bring up bubbles in chat. The long press in the arrow? Mine is apparently not working. It worked in beta 2 or 3 or the last time I tried it. It it's not working anymore. Did they take that out?

If its on you don't get a lot of the new iMessage stuff which is seriously annoying because I don't really want all that extra UI bullshit. Apparantly disabling reduced motion disables the physics rendering engine that is responsible for these elements which all the new iMessage stuff reslies on.

I'm actually using the siri app suggestions now. Lift phone to wake, unlock with fingerprint, swipe left and get my most used apps right there. Feels slicker than bringing up the springboard and selecting the same app there.

I'm having some fun trying to discover any new 3D Touch gestures in iOS 10 that are actually useful. First one: the flashlight in control center can be 3D Touch...ed for low, medium, and high illumination. At least I can rest easy knowing that this pointless addition only took about 15 seconds of development time.

I MAY HAVE FINALLY SOLD MY iPHONE Finally. Now, I need to see about how soon Apple's cancellation will hit AT&T. My thing is, my iPhone has gone past "processing items" so I don't think I'll get it on Friday. However, if I cancel the order on Apple's site, I want to go to AT&T and see if I can buy it there, but I need it to be near instant so AT&T can see that I still have my Next upgrade.

Ugh, so purchased music that isn't downloaded looks like it's permanently included in your artist/album lists now and the only way to keep the phone from streaming it is to turn off streaming over cellular (which means it'll still show up if you play music on wifi). Which breaks the radio feature because it uses the same toggle.
