Steam controller is very good. It took like a week of playing around to figure it out, which is admittedly a lot longer then the 30 seconds any other controller takes, but it's worth it.

Steam controller has Gyro too, and with it's ability to configure it to really to do anything you could have a trigger go into aim-down-sights mode and with a full pull you could have the gyro kick in for that little added accuracy. It's really nice.
