here's a funny story about working at EA and getting same kind of service from other dept i'm doing infrastructure poo poo for NBA and FIFA and i need to get some internal certs for the servers that do all the microservices poo poo to stuff in these chef cookbooks or some poo poo and if you didn't know, EA is like way loving mondo-globo super poo poo corp so, of course, i have to submit an internal ticket to another dept that turns out is in mexico about half a day passes when i get a message on the microsoft lync asking questions about the ticket in the most comical broken english. it was so funny that i thought someone was clowning me. nope, it was a legit employee that was trying to make certs by clicking some internally written cert making tool to get the cert and keys made they got it wrong for two whole days and the chat transcript was amazing. other employees there couldn't believe and i now immensely regret not keeping it. my tech director wasn't fazed at all about it when i told him how broken this system was and that's when i knew i prob wasn't going to be staying at this org very long
