If you just made the player vehicles using primitive armor and weapons, then standard Vedettes become a legitimate threat. Wizzing around at an astonishing 5/8, with their modern armor and weaponry...

Indeed, just look to the latest world to be liberated from ~~Davion~~ Dutchy control and you'll find many newly minted orphans just yearning to serve the Capcon in the same way as their parents.

Ideally I'd rip out the machine gun too and give it a ton of AP ammo and a ton of Precision ammo, or a ton of AP and a ton of Flechette if infantry's expected, but that's a bit too advanced for this mission.

Edit: Yes, that's a Vedette that can survive at least one turn of fire from a Demolisher.

It really depends on what you've got on hand. InferNo SRBs are somewhat easier to come by than Inferno SRMs, though.

[EDIT] ... and they're still more feasible than acid-bee filled beach ball Gauss slugs!
