I doubt it. What we're probably seeing is one of two things: 1.) LV screens are sorting out more people than expected. There's some general sense of apathy that's being found by pollsters and these are actually good results [Unlikely, but possible]. 2.) Response rates suck. Response rates reaaallly suck. Especially among Latinos [which is a known issue] and its making states like Colorado and Nevada and Florida a bitch to poll.

FWIW based on Cohn's CPS analysis from 2012, I think 71% of the electorate as white is probably pretty close to accurate.
