He didn't offer any alternatives and agreed with me that Jill and the Green Party are terrible options. Im not sure the US really is a "conservative nation." More people identify as conservatives, probably as a result of the right's skill at poisoning the word "liberal," but when you ask about specific policies, the liberal ideas are usually more popular. It's similar to how people hate "Obamacare" but love everything in it. I don't understand this at all and can't figure out why anyone would care, but who gives a poo poo who "wins" a debate? What exactly does it prove? This isn't a football game, nor are the debates even debates, and it seems like a pretty nonsensical way to determine anyone's effectiveness at anything, let alone gauging their ability to hold office. "They won a debate, according to me and a bunch of dumb mouth breathers, therefore, <person> should be President."

Trump won in all the online polls where 4channers could vote multiple times. Ironic to see Republicans, who so often rant and rave about voter fraud, whole heartedly endorsing these results.

I think the first debate sealed my mom to Hillary. Now, she still hates her and "will never trust her" and wants to see all the tax poo poo about her own foundation. But what killed her with Trump? The dude not paying contractors who did his hotel/casinos. Bragging about not paying taxes was a close second. But see, she works with home contractors, so to hear some rich man shorted out a bunch of them made her loving seethe in her chair. Then again she still hates Obama just because. Because he ruined the country somehow. But she does like Trump's slogan because who doesn't want America great again? Right? Right.

I would honestly take Bush 41 or even Bush 43 over Trump. What I'm trying to say here is I think Trump is wakadoodle and a legitimate threat to the United States.

In a way, I want him to debate. So the world can recoil in horror as he talks about his support for a 23% sales tax, for-profit prisons, lack of mandatory vaccinations, that we shouldn't do anything about global warming because the sun will engulf us in a billion years, and that he has no idea what an Aleppo is for.

I honestly wouldn't mind two additional debates. Trump vs Johnson, and Hillary vs Johnson. But given what we saw at Trump vs Hillary, with Trump repeatedly interrupting Hillary, what do you expect to see with Trump, a former Republican Governor and Hillary at the same time?

I hated W and he was terrible in many ways, which only makes it more amazing how much better he seems given the current crop of his party. I hate to give him any due, but can you imagine any of the republicans in the primary saying this: quote:The face of terror is not the true faith of Islam. That's not what Islam is all about. Islam is peace. These terrorists don't represent peace. They represent evil and war. And that was in a speech on September 17, 2011. He would have been eviscerated for that right now.
