So Opie is doing afternoon drive time, according to @SXM_Help, which appears to be an official handle. Opie also tweeted to Artie Lange in confirming this, which lead twitter and reddit to believe he might be the co-host or a part-timer. Not confirmed yet though. Really, very odd hours. The 5am-8am replay is a good get for Opie, but it sucks for everyone else. Even Howard in his lazy schedule still wakes up for the 6am real live radio hours. It's seeming like erock is sticking with the "Opie Show"? Poor hoagie boy.

Right now it seems Opie has taken all the good time slots on "the Opie Radio Channel" which Jim & Sam are still on. They'll be on 8-11am when everyone is arriving at work and can't keep listening. The last remaining clout tit boy had at SXM he used to gently caress the future of the talents that his show found.

Listened to some of the Jim and Sam shows from this week and other than the boring UFC guests it's really loving good. It has the fun vibe of old school O&A without the stories about making GBS threads on the beach and being a dad.

I was on a kick last night cleaning my place and getting ready to go out and I had on two old O&A clips - one was the Opie in a wheelchair bit and the other was the first time they talked about NBC Dateline's To Catch a Predator (with Patrice in studio) and pretty much the entire opie in wheelchair bit and the part where they start singing Hakuna Matata in the TCAP videos had me screaming laughing so hard - both times Opie contributed nothing and tried to kill the bits.

I might've mentioned this before but the worst part about Opie not shutting the gently caress up about his kids is that when they were making fun of Loper & Smitty (for the first time), they were mocking one of the two for talking about his Ahh-some kids. It was Opie in particular claiming that kid talk is dumb and unentertaining.
