bsg reboot is amazing to the point that the extremely bad two or three episodes every season was supernaturally obligated to include hit like freight trains like here we are on a wonderful ride and OH GOD THIS DOCTOR IS KILLING FARMERS OR SOME poo poo WHAT then back we go to good television enjoy the whiplash

The problem is that once it became 100% locked in as a pre-existing protomythology they didn't have time to do anything but push the players into their apportioned roles. I really would have liked a less obvious external push for relevance toward the end.

Or Those wealthy suburbanites who used to be republicans and are now soft democrats, aren't guaranteed to stay that way. If the GOP can produce a candidate that can drop the racism and social issues then maybe they will come back in to the fold. I suppose that was supposed to be the plan after Romney lost in 2012, and we see how well that turned out.
