i don't know the specific specs for the landing gear, but i can tell you that the tires and brakes are required to be able to catch fire and burn for 10 minutes without bursting or losing effectiveness

1) the pilots know what they're doing, everything is fine, there is no damage or danger, just a unique experience you rarely get to have
2) something goes drastically wrong and the plane crashes, you are killed instantly and never know it

seeing as you have zero control over the situation, being anxious doesn't benefit you in the slightest. just sit back and enjoy it ffs
