Apparently the cheapst xps costs like 1500 usd in sweden so im thinking about an asus 30ux whatever or waiting for possible new macbooks in a few weeks, which are hilariously expensive as well.

how do I revoke microsoft onedrive access to my account from a computer I can't physically access? I removed it from the pc tab on the website but it's not clear if that revokes that pcs access or just my access to files on that computer

med school head posted:jesus we'll poo poo on macs all day and then turn around and non-ironically recommend dells lol dells are unironically good now the high end laptops are as non poo poo as you can get (clit mouse is the only thing that's still better in thinkpads rather than merely the same) the mid and high tier desktops and workstations are reliable and robust with decent quality hardware sitting in cases that are better than 1337  cases in literally every way (esp airflow, robustness, ease of being opened up, pcie latches instead of dumb screws, handles in the correct places given the centre of gravity, and non shameful looks). i'm literally planning to scavenge a precision t5800 or similar workstation case for my next home pc build

Syncopated posted:How bad of an idea is it to get a macbook and dualboot macos/ windows for games and stuff? i tell my students these days that they should buy whatever computer system they're comfortable with, because solidworks runs fine in dual-boot (as long as you have a 3 button mouse) and okay in parallels so it's not worth putting up with windows if you really hate it just to run one program. if you were doing nothing but solidworks every day all day, then yeah get a windows cause you're going to be staying in that environment the whole time anyway. i basically do run solidworks at least a few hours a day 3+ days a week so i have a thinkpad. the same thing applies to games. you gonna play one game once in a while? stick with the mac. you a leet gamer? get a windows desktop you stupid dummy, nobody games on a laptop, let alone a fuckin mac laptop

k so our business has one of those emails thats info@business name but the email is managed and run entirely by google like gmail I can't for the life of me find the settings or account details that would let me get another email address at the same domain
