 So the guy who posted this photo is a childhood friend who is now married to a woman (a nurse) selling Plexus, a weight-loss pyramid scheme (which also gets rid of the toxic toxins that make our body toxic) of which I have posted about before. To the left, next to the giant In-N-Out burger is a container of Plexus Block Dietary Supplement of which he and his wife insist they never leave home without. He has also been hooked into this scheme and they are still both fat as hell despite their insistence that they have lost a ton of weight. Also, through this post of his, I have learned that apparently Austin, Texas now has In-N-Out burgers.

So, just as a heads up, this isn't a video of some MRA or anti-feminist or something, it's just a guy who does occasional videos of him and his friends playing video games. Anyway, the idea behind it is that they're not doing this to hide it. I can't remember which thread I saw it in, but it's due to Google and Twitter cracking down on racist slurs and hate speech and not returning results from pages that have that kind of language on them. So the idea is to replace, say, the n-word with "Google" so that Google doesn't hide their results, because Google would never block their own brand name.
