DexNav is pretty alright. Used it to get a shiny Cacturne in AS which was pretty great, encountered one in the original Sapphire but failed to catch it so now my childhood can die peacefully in its sleep. I doubt it's coming back though. In the GameXplain Q&A video one of the guys said he asked the Nintendo rep about sneaking up on Pokemon and apparently that's not coming back. Maybe we'll get some new thing this time around!

I would like DexNav better if it wasn't such a pain to get started. I'm long since irritated with it past the 9th or 10th time that it fails. With luck it'll start working after that, but the amount of times I get the message of failed to find the Pokemon in your area is far more than I'm happy with.

How does someone not get tired of this?? how are people over 15 craving for more of the exact same story in which Ash gets to a place and there's a person having a pokemon-related problem that needs to be solved and Team Rocket is there to make it worse until there's a battle and they're blasting off away??
