He worked his magic with the press behind the scenes and had himself portrayed as the True Patriot Victim of an over-reaching government that didn't know what it was doing. It was an ugly scene and he managed to get off with little public respect lost for some reason. For more direct poo poo-talking and pot-stirring, my first pick would be AF General LeMay and his relationship with Kennedy. Some of the conversations during the Cuban Missile crisis are just...

Where did that phrase come from anyway? I usually see it posted by fat housewives in between rants about how being a mother is the hardest job on the planet. If someone can't handle you at your worst, you're probably a mental case and need help. And how does living through someone's abuse make them deserve the other person more? Doesn't that make them deserve a person that isn't a psychotic? Maybe I do it wrong, but that's hosed.
