According to a friend who works with such things, some models have slots for forklifts specifically for that purpose.

Some models have slots for forklifts to load and unload them from trucks. There are no boom lifts that are acceptable to use while suspended in the air on a forklift. It's double OSHA because its also unsafe to put that kind of load on a forklift. Even if it's within the acceptable weight range, the center of gravity of the load is nowhere close to where it should be.
